Skye Stockbrokers Limited (formally PSL Limited), a wholly owned subsidiary of Skye Bank Plc, was incorporated in December 2001 for Capital Market operations in line with the introduction of Universal banking. To enable us participate actively in the development of the Nigerian capital market, the Company was licensed by the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) to be a dealing member on the floor of the Exchange.
 

Law Union and Rock Insurance Plc

Law Union & Rock Insurance began operations in Nigeria in 1951 as the Chief Agency of Royal International Insurance Holding and started transacting all major classes of insurance business by 1957. In 2004, Prudent Bank Plc (one of the legacy banks that formed the Skye Bank Group) acquired a majority equity stake in the Company.

Apex Integrated Technologies Ltd was formed as a subsidiary of Skye Bank PLC in February 2006. It was incorporated as an IT Solutions Company which would be technologically inclined with the best-proven solutions.

Skye Trustees Ltd

Skye Trustees Ltd was incorporated as a Private Limited Liability Company under the name of EIB Trustees in May, 1991 and started business in 1996. It is duly licensed by the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) to carry out the functions of Trustees and Funds/Portfolio Managers in the capital market.
 
 

Skye Financial Services

Skye Financial Services started business in 2008 with a paid up share capital of N2 billion. The business is majorly asset and investment management, corporate finance and underwriting of new securities issues by companies.
 

Skye Bank Sierra Leone

Skye Bank (SL) Limited is a subsidiary of Skye Bank (Nigeria) Plc which commenced operations in October 2008. The company is limited by shares and is owned by both Nigerian and Sierra Leonean nationals. The shareholding structure has Skye Bank Nigeria owning 95 percent equity while Sierra Leonean Investors own 5 percent. The company’s paid up share capital is Le 13,855,237,000.

Skye Bank Gambia

Skye Bank (Gambia) Limited is a subsidiary of Skye Bank (Nigeria) Plc. She is limited by shares and its ownership is both Nigerian and Gambian. It has a paid up share capital of Da 87.8 million.
